Yoghurt Starter Cultures

Our range of varying fermented yoghurts come in the form of mesophilic, thermophilic and cultured dairy. Thermophilic yoghurts require heat to ferment whereas our mesophilic yoghurts are fermented at room temperature. All our yoghurts allow varying times that they can be recultured, so there really is a product for everyone!
