Delivery Options:
Choose between our 24-hour or 48-hour tracked deliveries via Royal Mail. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Please note that selecting 24-hour delivery does not guarantee next-day delivery. For guaranteed next-day delivery, please select our special delivery option.

Worldwide Shipping

International Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping and are delighted to serve customers across the globe. However, please note that international customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be applied upon arrival in the destination country.

Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or issues with local carriers in the destination country. These are unfortunately beyond our control. We are unable to accept responsibility for any charges incurred, parcels that are unduly delayed at borders, or items returned to us due to customs issues.

In such cases, shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations—especially for any restrictions on perishable or live items—before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Reporting Issues:
If your UK order has not arrived within 8 business days (or 21 days for international orders), please contact us. We will provide a replacement if the order is confirmed lost. For damaged items, please contact us to arrange for a replacement.

Returns

Return Policy:
Items can be returned if they are within their Best Before End (BBE) date. For non-perishable goods, returns are accepted within 28 days for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Failed Deliveries

Undelivered Packages:
We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered after multiple attempts. For larger items sent by courier, if delivery is unsuccessful after several attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will issue a partial refund for non-perishable items, excluding shipping and return costs.

Refunds

Refund Policy:
For lost or damaged orders, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be provided. Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days via Stripe/PayPal. For BACS payments, refunds will be made to the original account.
