Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Chill Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
50 grams of coconut oil
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
85 grams of honey
160 grams of oats
60 grams of milk kefir
1 pinch of salt
60 grams of peanut butter.
Step 1 in a mid-size bowl mix together your coconut oil, cocoa powder, honey, and oats, and stir until they are thoroughly mixed together.
Step 2 once it is all mixed together add in your kefir, salt, and peanut. butter and continue to mix. keep mixing until it is all mixed together.
Step 3 Scoop out small scoops the size of a small egg from the bowl. place a piece of baking paper onto a tray (the tray will need to fit into your fridge) and then place each one on the piece of baking paper.
Step 4 Once you have done this place the tray with the mixture balls into the fridge and leave them for 30 minutes to harden.
Step 5 The cookies are now ready to eat your No-Bake Milk Kefir Cookies. if you would like to store them and eat them later, place them in a sealed container and leave them in the refrigerator until they are ready to eat.
