How To Make Kombucha Ice Lollies

It’s summer and let’s face it, after the lockdown we all need a healthier treat than ice cream. So we are going to share with you our special recipe to make Kombucha Ice Lollies! Kombucha Ice Lollies are so refreshing and taste great, and the best thing of all you can flavour them however you want! Their brilliant for the family, unbelievably healthy for you, and so incredibly easy to make. Here’s how to make your own Kombucha Ice Lollies From Home!

Prep Time: 5 Minutes


  • Ready-Made Kombucha
  • Kombucha Flavourings (syrups or cordial)
  • Ice lolly moulds
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Fruit (optional)


Step 1 Add your flavouring Find out how many Millilitres your ice lolly moulds hold, for example, our moulds hold 150ml and we want to make 4 ice lollies so we will use 550ml of kombucha and 50ml of syrup, this is how we do it, but you can add however much syrup or cordial that you think is appropriate. Stir your cordial and kombucha, until it has mixed together.

Step 2: pour your kombucha Pour your Kombucha into the moulds and put your ice lolly sticks into the mixture, if your moulds do not come with ice lolly sticks, freeze your mixtures for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and then stick the ice lolly sticks into the mixture. This is now your chance to add any fruit you want to have in the ice lollies, to add a cool summer vibe to them. Once this is done freeze them for 4-6 hours or ideally overnight.

Step 3: Enjoy your incredibly healthy Ice lollies Take them out of the freezer and share them with your friends, the best thing about these ice lollies is that as long as you reculture the kombucha you will have an unlimited supply of these ice lollies!
