We would like to introduce you to our Gourmet Sourdough Garlic Bread recipe! it’s absolutely delicious and is incredibly easy to make from home! Sourdough is such a good way to help your digestion and should be consumed as regularly as possible! that’s why we think we should try and do as much as we possibly can with sourdough, so we can fit it into as many meals as possible.
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
65 grams olive oil
3 tablespoons minced or pressed garlic
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
Sourdough Baguettes
6 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Step 1: In a bowl, mix 65 grams of olive oil, 3 tablespoons minced or pressed garlic, and 3 tablespoons chopped parsley.
Step 2: Cut two 225g loaves of sourdough, we recommend baking it into a baguette and cutting it into diagonal slices. Lay all of your slices down on a baking tray, prepped with baking paper ready to be seasoned.
Step 3: Brush your garlic mixture generously onto each piece of sourdough. Sprinkle each piece with half a tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese. Make sure that each slice has its cheese evenly spread.
Step 4: place your slices with the cheese facing up, into the oven until they start to brown slightly. once all the slices look golden serve them with whatever meal you have prepared for the evening.
We recommend having the garlic bread with a tomato-based pasta dish, as the flavours combine incredibly well with the sourdough! I personally make a spaghetti bolognese to go with my sourdough garlic bread, but any pasta will go great aswell!
