Wouldn't really say this is a starter kit.

So two different flours, a jar and a mixer. There is a piece of paper in the box saying that there are instructions on the website, go to website. No instructions. Only if you buy one of their starters it seems, the whole point is making your own starter no? So off to the internet I went, it's overwhelming all the recipes and opinions on starters which is why I wanted a starter kit to start in the first place. So long story short the products in this kit are great, good quality but it really isn't what it says it is unless you buy one of their premade starters, which wasn't what I wanted. If you're like me, I'd save your money. I wish there had been this review here when I'd bought mine. I thought I was paying for the expertise and experience. Nope, the items in my box I could have picked up at my local Waitrose for probably half the price. Sigh.
