My first order never arrived due to damage. It was then repacked and sent out. This time it arrived! The Greek Yoghurt starter was put straight into action, perfect. The Sauerkraut was packed in zip lock bags, thank goodness because one jar had leaked most of the liquid into the bag due to a loose cap. On closer inspection it was out of date as well! I still used it in a Polish hunting stew which was delicious. Maybe I was unlucky, your products look lovely and I will try again before Christmas.
