Containing the following bacteria: Lactococcus lactis, Streptococcus diacetylactis, Streptococcus cremoris, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus, Indian cooking yoghurt can also be enjoyed cold like any other yoghurt can be.

Organic Indian cooking yoghurt is usually prepared from cows milk, but goat and buffalo milk is also used. This yoghurt is great in curry and a must-have for any enthusiastic cook.
