Organic Andalucian Wildflower Honey
This honey is delicious mix of spice and citrus notes resulting in a warming, floral honey that exudes the baking, arid landscape it originates from. The bees survive for a whole year on the nectar they collect from the short, humid spring season in March, when the hills become abundant with many species of flowering herbs. The hills soon dry out and then the bees must forage for water which they use to keep their hives cool in order to survive until the rain returns in October. This honey has defied all odds to make it to you table.
