Due to the surge in demand, we have disabled all priority and next day shipping options until further notice. Both ourselves, and all of our delivery networks are unable to cope with the demand.
BLACK FRIDAY – We have taken a phenomenal amount of orders over the Black Friday weekend. We are doing everything we can to get these orders shipped. Please be patient and expect delays.
Please note that we are currently experiencing a very high volumes of orders again. Although we are much better prepared this time around, we are still seeing a few issues that are causing disruption and delays:
1: Local school closures due to COVID19 outbreaks mean we are currently short staffed.
2: Couriers have put restrictions on the volume of parcels we can send per day.
3: We have on going issues with Royal Mail. We once again have a large volume of lost/missing mail. We also have complaints with orders being substantially delayed.
4: Large numbers of Amazon Prime orders are not being delivered next working day or are being marked as delivered when they have not been.
5: We have also had to put in a number of workplace restrictions to meet government guidelines which is also causing some disruption internally.
We are trying everything we can to work through issues as they arise and get orders dispatched in a timely order. Please be patient during this difficult time.

Next day delivery: 1-2 days after placing order (98% are making it next working day)
